Raymond Grotzinger, MS, RPh
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ray leads NuvadoRx business strategy and partnerships and oversees product development. He brings clinical expertise and an innovative approach to lead creative development of pharmacy solutions that impact stakeholders across the industry. His deep industry experience includes driving strategic initiatives for retail, hospital, and independent pharmacies, as well as consulting for a wide range of healthcare organizations on contracting, patient support services and technology solutions.
Ray holds a BS (Pharmacy) from Oregon State University as well as an MS (Hospital Pharmacy) from the University of Wisconsin. He completed his ASHP Accredited Residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals & Clinics.
Alan Clock
CHIEF SALES OFFICER
Alan leads sales strategy for the full suite of NuvadoRx products and solutions. His extensive experience as a Healthcare-Pharmaceutical-Technology-Supply Chain Sales Executive includes product sales, pharmaceuticals, health management consulting, technology sales, healthcare services, technology start up, marketing and sales management. His expertise includes business, strategic and tactical planning, sales & sales operations, marketing, product development, corporate and market messaging.

PEG Law serves as legal counsel for NuvadoRx, LLC. The company specializes in corporate law, including entity formation, maintenance and compliance issues, as well as transactional matters and related concerns, with a special expertise in software and technology. Its principal, Paul Grotzinger, is a tenured attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and Oregon and a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the William W. Knight School of Law at the University of Oregon.
